No. Mommas House In Dayton LLC is not an assisted living facility. Residents must be independent and able to manage their own daily activities such as cooking, personal care, and medications. If a resident requires daily medical or personal care assistance, our home may not be the right fit.
Residents enjoy an all-inclusive living arrangement that includes:

The cost is $1,500 per month (about $50 per day). This all-inclusive payment covers the home, furnishings, utilities, and shared amenities.
Additionally, there is a one-time $250 move-in fee, a non-refundable $50 application fee for background and reference checks, and an optional $200 room reservation deposit (applied toward your first month).
No. Residents prepare their own meals and store their own groceries in the shared kitchen. Mommas House In Dayton LLC is designed for Independent women 55+ who manage their own daily routines.
Visitors may not be permitted inside the home. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. The privacy and well-being of every resident is our top priority.
To protect the peaceful environment of the home, all potential residents complete a short compatibility assessment and screening process. This typically includes:

Because Mommas House In Dayton LLC maintains a limited number of residents to preserve the atmosphere of the home, interested applicants may join our Priority Interest List for future openings. When a room becomes available, those on the list are contacted first.
Yes. Security monitoring is in place in common areas and outside the home. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a digital keypad lock for added privacy and security, allowing residents to feel safe and comfortable in their personal space.

Residents bring their personal belongings, clothing, groceries, and a smile. The home is fully furnished, so there is no need to bring furniture. We do recommend washing and drying your clothing and bedding at a laundromat before your move-in date to help maintain a safe and pest-free environment for all residents.
